This project capitalises on the potential of a site consisting of eight shops in Gladesville. The acquisition enhances Metroland's rental income, as well as offering a long term opportunity to develop the site as a combined residential and commercial venture.

Future plans cover the demolition of the existing buildings and developing an exciting residential and commercial environment, which will lead a revival of the local area. Metroland has commenced negotiations with the adjoining church to explore the possibility of a joint development.
